Our Troop is selling fully cooked pork shoulders to raise funds for our program.  

These delicious cuts of meat are seasoned and cooked by Neil Barnhill of the Black Iron Cooking competition barbecue team, so they're guaranteed to be a winner!  They freeze well, so be sure to stock up!

• Each shoulder weighs about 8-10 lbs before cooking (serves 8-10 people on average)
